In our machine shop, we can provide all machining processes, e.g., turning, drilling, gun drilling, milling and grinding according to customers' specifications.

Machining is carried out using either conventional or CNC machines.

Longitudinal turning
Up to 1000 mm turning dia., 6000 mm length

Vertical turning
Up to 1950 turning dia., 600 mm height

Journal
Up to 1100 mm swinging dia., 6000 mm length

Cylindrical grinding
Up to 500 mm grinding dia., 6000 mm length

Gun drilling
Up to 450 mm drilling dia., 4800 mm drilling depth

Vertical and horizontal milling
Up to 1500 x 5500 mm, 3500 mm (horizontal milling)

Jointing
Up to 500 mm height, up to 750 mm length and width

Sawing
Up to 670 mm dia. and 670 mm square
